At Calypsa, we want you to absolutely love what you wear! If it’s not quite right, don’t worry - we’re here to make it easy to exchange or return your items.

Easy Return Options

We’ve got three simple ways to get you what you need:

Exchange It - Swap your item for something else you’ll adore. Use our prepaid return label, and we’ll cover the shipping for you!
Store Credit + Bonus - Opt for store credit, and we’ll give you the full purchase price plus an extra 15% bonus added to your store credit.
(Example: if your return value is $100, you'll receive $115 in store credit).
Refund It - Want your money back? That works too! A flat $5.95 will be deducted for the prepaid shipping label.

Good to Know: Exchanging the same item for a different size or color? There’s no price adjustment. If you exchange it for a different product, any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Return Eligibility

Here’s what qualifies for returns and exchanges:

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
Non-returnable items: Bikini bottoms, sunglasses, and final-sale items.

Returns on Promotional Orders:

If your order includes a promotion like “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or “Buy 2, Get 2 Free,” the total discount is spread proportionally across all eligible items based on their original value.
For example: in a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotion, if your items are $100, $70, and $50, the total discount is $50 (the price of the lowest item). That discount is spread across all 3 items based on how much each one costs.

- The $100 item is reduced by $22.73
- The $70 item is reduced by $15.91
- The $50 item is reduced by $11.36

Your refund is based on the amount actually paid for each returned item after the promotional discount, minus any applicable return label fee.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they were part of a promotion.

How to Start Your Return

Initiate Your Return or Exchange: Visit our Returns Portal or reach out to our friendly customer service team.
Get Your Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for stress-free returns.
Send It Back: Ship your items within 14 days of return approval.

Good to Know: Please drop off your package with the carrier within 14 days of return approval. After this period, return requests that haven’t been shipped will be automatically canceled, along with their unused shipping labels. You can submit a new request for the same item, provided it’s still eligible and the new request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

What Happens Next?

Refunds & Store Credit: Once we receive your items, allow 5–10 business days for shipping and another 5–7 days for processing.
Exchanges: Once your return is received, we’ll place your new order.

Heads-Up: Inventory can sell out fast. If your exchange item isn’t available, we’ll reach out to offer store credit or a refund (minus the $5.95 label fee).
