Items were very nice but did not fit and were returned. The return process was very difficult. Neither a receipt nor a return label was included with the purchase. Had to call customer service and they texted a return label. Would not mail me a label. I do not have a printer so had to locate a mailing service that could access my text and print a label for me. Which meant I had to drive 20 miles round trip to their location. Why not include a return label with the purchase? I own other swimwear from Calypsa and love and enjoy it.

And, I still haven't received it two weeks after ordering it, so who would know how it fits...
I would be pushing it to recommend your store to anyone else. Or, indeed, purchase anything else from your online store.

Great customer service!! I had a problem with the sizing and when I called , I was treated and spoken to very nicely. Kudos! The clothes tend to run a little small. Now , that I have this knowledge I will know how to order next time. Overall, great material! I wish you offered mid length swim pants. The short, shorts are a little too short and to the knee is a little too long. I hope you consider this. Thanks.I’m a happy new customer.

I already have a loose fit Margaux top, but lost some weight and needed to buy a smaller size. I love that this top protects me from the sun, and avoids the, "I'm wearing my underwear as outerwear" thing without looking frumpy. I chose the bright red pattern so that I would be more visible in the water, and the pattern is busy enough to hide the fact that I'm not wearing a bra.

Just as shown. The sleeves go to my elbow and the top is loose but not baggy at all. Nice length, too. The king bike shorts go the my knees (I’m 5’4”) and will have nice coverage from the sun when I sit. Love the material and the jade color. I ordered the racerback swim bra a size up and very glad I did. Very happy with the price, the product and the shipping.

Wish there was an easier quicker way to return items for size exchange

Wish there was an easier quicker way to return items for size exchange without risking the swimsuit not being available by the time the one to be exchanged is received. Because of this I will have to keep the one I originally ordered even though it’s too big and I need the next size down (MED). Love the look, quality and feel of the suit though, thanks!

They are so comfy!! Only trouble with my very first order from you, was I wasn’t sure of sizing. But I contacted you immediately & exchanged it for a smaller size. I reordered & it was perfect. These swimsets are beautiful

These swimsets are beautiful, fit true to size, and feel amazing. I received many positive comments on my swim dress and leggins outfit while vacationing in Maui. I highly recommend this product if you want a gorgeous outfit that allows one to go from shopping to lunch to beach/pool, and walking around town while vacationing.
