I have made my own swimsuits in the past, and was in need of a new one. When I saw their 50% off sale, I realized I could get a ready made swimsuit for the price of the material I’d be buying, and without the headache of sewing stretchy fabric. I was not disappointed. It was recommended to me to buy one size up from what you think you are, which I did for the shirt and it was perfect. I should have done the same for the skort. Exchanges are free, so I reached out to them and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Very impressed with the quality, the service, everything! I just wore this swimsuit while kayaking, biking, and swimming. I love it!

This is the best swim skirt I’ve ever purchased! Material is silky smooth and high quality. I love the thicker waistband, it makes me feel more confident wearing after just having a baby. The built in leggings are awesome. Nothing rides up or bunches in the wrong places. I had such a hard time finding a swim skirt that was long enough (I’m 5’ 5” with long legs) and this was perfect below the knee for me, both the skirt and leggings. The material is light weight and so comfy that I even wear it as an athletic skirt too! I won’t ever buy a swim skirt anywhere else! Would recommend to everyone!

Purchase was very simple

Purchase was very simple. I had to return my order due to sizing issues. I selected to do an exchange and it said that I would be contacted about my order soon. The company received my order back, only I was not contacted about it and no exchange was made. On the paper I had sent back with it, the packing slip showed where I had selected that I was needing a medium in everything. I am not sure why I didn't get the exchange. Instead, I received a full refund. I would have appreciated knowing if they were out of stock of something and had communicated with me as they said they were going to.

I love the skirt

I love the skirt, I now feel modest at the beach and beautiful in it. Its comfortable and stretchy on me although I’m 20 weeks pregnant. I could’ve sized down to a Medium or Small because they slip down. I’m normally a size Medium and bought Large because I wanted to give room for the growing belly but I would recommend anyone pregnant to take their normal size because they sit under the belly anyways I just need a longer rash guard top above and then I’m good to go! I will keep them and adjust myself. Can’t wait to buy one of the swimming dresses next!

Your customer service reps were weak and not very enthusiastic. Taking an order over the phone seemed like a monotonous chore for them. They couldn't be bothered breathing. Then when I asked when certain items were due to be re- stocked ( as stock had run out ), the staff had no idea..nor did they try to find out for me.
I am from the NDIS and am part of a huge group of disabled women that are looking for places to buy swimwear from. Your store could have been a great spot...but the lack of interest for the customer..truly turned me off too.

This swim skirt is excellent quality

This swim skirt is excellent quality. The material is thick and smooth and evenly stitched. I only rated 4 stars because I didn't expect it to be so form-fitting on the backside. You can't tell from the pictures that it is snug.
If the bottom-hugging fit is not a concern for you, I 100% recommend this skirt and Calypsa in general. All their products are great quality and last YEARS (my friend has been using the same skirt for since the brand was Ella Mae, and it barely shows wear and tear)!

I love the feel of the material

I love the feel of the material. Smooth and stretchy. The skirt is longer than I like. I plan to shorten it to just below the knee.
The price is much lower than other modest swim skirts that I have found on the internet. Also, the selection is better on this site.
Their sizes are different than most. Usually I wear large. Occasionally medium. The sizing chart said I should order an XL, so I did, and it fits fine. I have never worn an XL before. Keep that in mind when ordering.

This was my first order…

This was my first order and I guess turned out to be more of an experiment in determining the right sizes/styles for me. Top was a little too fitted for my liking (even though I sized up) and bottom was too large. Sports bra did not provide enough support for me. I am rating as a 5 because I was impressed with the quality of the pieces and customer service provided. I ordered 2 more sets. I love the one I’ve already received and looking forward to the arrival of the second set.
