Same as the Capri leggings. The waist band size itself was fine, but that is not the issue here. You should spend more resources on product testing. Not all of your customers have a flat body. If you are curvy and wear pants that hug your legs, thus pulling downward, you need a stronger elastic on the waist to hold them up. I wore a similar length Capri from a competitor that had a 3 inch band of elastic in the waist and it did the job. Nobody wants to keep having to pull up pants and pull down their top while trying to be active in a pool. I have tried the next size up in these also and had to pull because the waist was too large and the elastic still weak.

I have had psoriasis for nearly 30 years and have spent most of my life not participating in water activities because I'm uncomfortable with how my skin looks and how people treat me. Having an option like this made me so happy and excited. The material is soft and so comfortable and the fit is great. I love being covered but still able to join in with my kids and family activities. I just got back from a vacation where I joined in all the activities and it was so wonderful! Thank you Modli for providing so many great options for those who need more choices!

This product is a good quality but it is sized BIG. I am 5'2", 155-160 lbs, and have wide hips. I ordered the XL according to the size chart and they were HUGE. I was able to easily receive a credit and was sent the Large, but they were STILL too big. Customer service was STELLAR and they did everything they could to make me happy, just the sizing is way off on the chart. I never ordered an XXS, so I'm not sure why that is popping up in my review!

I've made multiple ModLi purchases and have never been disappointed. Dispatch after ordering is always quick so even with Australia Post delivery times I'm never waiting long for my order to arrive. I kayak so the Full Length Swim Leggins are a necessity to protect my bright white skin from the sun. It's a bonus that they are also comfortable and pretty flattering.

Love the print in these swim leggings!

Love the print in these swim leggings! Most only come in solid colors and having a fun print makes them so much more fun to wear! I feel fashionable and that is important. They are very generous in size so I went down to a medium when I typically wear a large in other manufactures. Going forward, all of my swim tights will come from ModLi!

I returned this item because the fabric was thinner than I would like and the rise was a little weird on me. I could tell that the back would work it's way down and the crotch length was a little long on my short-waisted bod. With that said, the fabric appeared to be of good quality and I'm sure someone else would love these swim leggings.

What a great experience--high quality items, good customer service, prompt delivery. Although I couldn't get through to talk to an agent who could answer my questions, the chat function worked well. Then a human emailed me a few days later about my questions. I wear swim leggings to protect my skin from the sun--these are a good weight.

I still haven't received my purchase

I still haven't received my purchase. This is disappointing but I can only hope it does arrive soon. I had melanoma last year so cannot go swimming until I have leggings to wear to protect my skin. If the size is right I intend to buy 2 more pairs.
The next answer is a guess because an answer is required although unknown.
