I haven't worn a bikini bottom in years but I really liked this one

I haven't worn a bikini bottom in years but I really liked this one. It was not cut too high or too low in the legs and the height at the waist was just right too. The little bit of pleating in the back I wasn't expecting (didn't notice it before purchase) but I think I like it. It's much better than having it gap in that area. Basically by my standards it is the Goldilocks bikini bottom. Perfect! I did like that it was fully lined as well. The fabric is clearly quick dry lining but it didn't dry as quickly as I had hoped. I ended up taking clothing to change into when I left the beach. However this was as close to perfection as I personally have ever found and I was very happy with it.

Great fit, nice quality, and beautiful colors. Sadly, it was a very thin strip of fabric that covered the crotch area. This surprised me, because this is a company known for modesty. I thought their regular bikini bottom would at least cover as much as a competitors brands, but this was bordering on the risqué side. Other than the most important place for there to be enough material, there was enough material. I wish it worked out better for me because it seems very nice otherwise.

Making something a wider version of the smaller sizes and calling it "plus size" doesn't make it plus size.... Though the bottoms (around wise) there is nothing modest about them on a plus size person. I bought this as a set though however so at least now I know if I make future purchases to order tops and bottoms separately with the bottoms in a different style.

Way to small

Way to small. Cuts my butt cheeks in half. Like a thong bikini hybrid. I normally am a medium in bathing suit bottoms. I ordered according to the size chart my waist is a 27. My hips are a 38. Most of that is my rear end, the rest is protruding hip bone (birthing hips)Should have ordered my usual. I thought it was strange to order a small.

I usually wear an XL and ordered an XL but these run small. I suggest sizing up a size or two. My XL top and swim shorts fit perfectly so this was disappointing. I also feel that the ruching on the back is very unnecessary, but there does not appear to be an option without it. The ruching also shows when worn under the swim shorts.

With everything else from this site fitting so well and so modestly, the bikini bottoms were a disappointment. They are narrow on the sides and the back did not feel like it had full-coverage despite me rounding up a size. The tops and swim leggings have been fantastic, but I feel that my cheap department store bottoms fit better.

This was really small

This was really small. It barely covers my bottom- not what I would consider modest. There is no way that I would be comfortable wearing this alone. Since I am using it under the shorts, I gave it 2 stars. I am not interested in my checks hanging out or my crack being seen above the top.
