Project Manager
Calypsa, a fast-growing, leading, fashion-tech startup is looking for a Project Manager for maternity leave replacement, with the potential to stay on and grow in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap
- Manage development projects from ideation to execution, including monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Analyze data to define project requirements, measure performance, and understand outcomes
- Manage development resources
- Research and connect new softwares to the site
- Investigate and troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
- Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with other teams to understand needs and prioritize tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of product management experience at a tech or or e-commerce company, ideally both
- Strong conceptual understanding of APIs, protocols, and technical aspects of system integrations
- Excellent data analytics skills
- Good understanding of UX and design principles
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Experience managing and leading a team, excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
This is full-time position from our Jerusalem office.
