How do I return or exchange an item?
For U.S. customers:
You can start a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.
For international customers:
We currently do not offer exchanges.
To get a different item, please return your order and place a new one, based on current availability.
Once your return label is issued, items must be shipped within 14 days.
How much time do I have to return my order?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and hygiene liners attached.
What are the return options?
You have three options:
Exchange - Swap your item for a different size, color, or style (U.S. customers only)
Store Credit - Get your full purchase amount plus a 15% bonus.
Refund - Get your money back to your original payment method
For international customers: Exchanges are not available. To receive a different item, you must return your order and place a new order separately. You can return your item for a refund or store credit.
What are the return shipping costs?
For U.S. customers:
- Exchanges for the same item (different size or color) are free
- Store credit returns are free
- Refunds to the original payment method include a $5.95 return shipping fee
For international customers:
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method, and the tracking number must be shared with us
- Returns without a valid tracking number cannot be processed
- Any duties, taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from your refund if unpaid
- Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse
What can’t be returned?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikini bottoms
- Sunglasses
- Final sale items
All other items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Store credit is issued once your returned items are received and approved
- Exchanges are processed once your return is received and are subject to item availability
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse
- Once your return label is issued, items must be shipped within 14 days
How do promotions affect returns?
If your order includes a promotion (such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or similar offers), the discount is distributed across all items in the order.
Refunds are based on the actual amount paid per item after the discount is applied.
Do prices change when I exchange an item?
For U.S. customers:
- For the same item (different size or color):
Exchanges are processed as a direct 1:1 exchange. No price adjustments are made. - For a different item:
Price differences will apply. You may be charged or refunded based on the price of the new item.
For international customers:
Exchanges are not available.
To receive a different item, you must return your order and place a new order at the current price.
How does store credit work?
If you choose store credit, you’ll receive your full purchase amount plus a 15% bonus.
Store credit is issued once your returned items are received and approved, and is valid for 2 years.
Store credit cannot be transferred or reversed once issued.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can review and resolve the issue.
