CALIFORNIA SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY POLICY (CCPA/CPRA)

Last Updated: February 22, 2026

This California Supplemental Privacy Policy applies to residents of California and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Calypsa does not collect "Sensitive Personal Information" as defined under California law (e.g., social security numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, or genetic data). Because we do not collect or use sensitive personal information, we do not provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" option, as it is not applicable to our business.

2. Information Collected, Sold, or Shared

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and shared the following categories of personal information for business purposes (such as marketing and analytics):

  • Identifiers: Name, email, IP address.
  • Commercial Information: Purchase history.
  • Internet Activity: Browsing history, interactions with our website.

Note on "Selling" and "Sharing": While Calypsa does not sell your personal information for money, we may "share" identifiers and internet activity with third-party advertising partners (like Google or Meta) to provide you with personalized ads. Under California law, this is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know/Access: You can request details about the personal information we collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
