Pretty top; disappointed with quality control

It looks good on and is true to size. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that the stitching for the inner bralette does not catch all of the fabric so there is a big gaping hole in the bralette over one breast. This is an inner piece that is not seen when the suit is worn; however, it's supposed to be the part that gives me some support and is annoying to have to deal with when purchasing online; also makes me wonder if there's a more important seam somewhere I haven't found yet, that also isn't sown correctly and made it through quality control.

I ordered two swim tops, order #13000012688, V-neck Adele Swim Top SKU: 230-104523 and Maya Tank Top SKU: 230-96336 - Purple Feathers - 6X.
You sent them in two packages. I received the V-neck, but STILL HAVE NOT received the Maya Tank Top!
Please refund my money for it or send it UPS or FED Ex direct to my home address, Rechov HaZayit 10, Menachem Begin, Tsfat at YOUR EXPENSE. I sure don't want to go chasing it down somewhere in the city for another package.
I am very disappointed. I really wanted the Maya swim top for this summer season. I kept tracking the delivery and only got it has been sent from you, but it did NOT arrive in Tsfat.

The swim top that was a replacement has not been used yet. I bought the original top to use at an indoor water aerobics class which I began about 2 months ago. This top does NOT tolerate chlorine at all. The bra part is yellow and elastic deteriorating the outside has faded and looks years old. I do not have hopes that the replacement will over a short time of pool use , be any different. I am very disappointed but appreciate the replacement that you sent. truthfully, you would have to send me a new one every 2 months to cover your guarantee. I tried the original Maya top (racerback style) and it cut into my back and was really unflattering. (I'm usually a size 2/4 or Small but not the most toned.) So I bought this one, the closed back style. It looks great and I feel so much more comfortable in it.
I just wish there were more color options for this style!!!
I don't know if I'm rating the correct item in this review, but what I want to say is that the TOPS (Maya racerback and closed back) BOTH run SMALL. Go 1 size up from your usual. (I am a 34C and wear size 4, and needed a Medium for the tops).
The bottoms (at least the high waist tankini swim skirt + shorts) run true to size - I wear a Small in those, as I typically do.

I ordered the swim top in a medium but it was very tight even though I always wear a small to medium in everything else. So you were kind enough to allow me to keep it and gave me credit to purchase it again in a large. But it is still very tight. It's actually hard to breathe in it. I am 5'4 and weigh 135 so I am so disappointed. I have never had to wear a large much less an extra-large in a top. I want to suggest to you that your sizes are not correct so you do not have to deal with returns as I'm sure you must have this happen to others.

My daughter had a size small in this swim top from a previous year, and had since grown and needed a size up, so we ordered a medium. Unfortunately, when she tried on her old size small and new size medium, we couldn't tell any difference in the sizes. So the medium was too small. We do love the closed back and the way it is fitted around the arm holes; many swim tops gape too much at the arm holes but this style provides comfortable coverage. I just wish that there was more difference between the small and medium.

This order has been a nightmare since I placed it in July 2020

This order has been a nightmare since I placed it in July 2020. I made at least five calls to customer service to try to resolve out of stocks and request partial shipments, with time spent on hold it was well over three hours of my time. Not a single one of my requests were honored as promised to me by customer service. I still don’t have my entire order and it is December 2020 - SIX MONTHS AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED. After so much stress and time put in calling customer service, I received my first and very delayed shipment of swimwear to find the fabric quality is not what I expected, the cuts not flattering, and the colors and prints do not match those represented on the website. DO NOT ORDER from this company, the positive reviews are significantly misleading.
