International Return Policy
Holiday Returns
Our holiday returns policy is valid from November 1 2021 until December 15 2021. All orders placed between these dates can be returned up until January 31 2022.
For orders placed from Dec 16th, our standard 45 day return policy will apply.

In case you don't- perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you- we'd be happy to help you process a quick and easy return.
We offer 2 easy options:
- Receive a Calypsa by ModLi store credit for the full price of your purchase + an additional $5.95 towards a future purchase.
- Receive a refund for your order.*
* Shipping and handling not included. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Most returns need to be shipped to our warehouse in the USA.
Your refund or store credit will be processed once the returned item is received.
Eligibility:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 45 days of purchase. Product tags must be intact.
*Items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit or refund.
How to return an item:
- Step 1: Submit a return form here.
- Step 2: You will receive an email from a Calypsa by ModLi customer service representative with return instructions.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for refund to appear in your account.
