Graphic Designer

Position Details

Frontend React Developer

ModLi is a fast-growing, fashion-tech, e-commerce startup. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and design-oriented frontend developer to join our dev team and work with us to constantly improve the UX and customer journey on our site. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product, development, and design teams

• Understand user journeys to ensure user experience determines design choice

• Implement new frontend features and tools which balance both functionality and design

• Translate designs into high quality code
• Optimize structure for maximum speed and performance

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years experience with Javascript and React - a must
• At least one year experience with SPAs - a must
• Experience with PWA(Service workers, Workbox), GraphQL, Redux, React Hooks, and CSS4 - an advantage
• Good understanding of UX and key design principles
• Familiarity with Agile
• Detail-oriented, pixel-perfect, with a good eye for design
• Experience in ecommerce - an advantage
• Understanding of technical SEO principles - an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time-management skills
• High-level English (written and spoken)

Graphic Designer/UI UX Designer

ModLi is looking for a Graphic Designer/UI UX Designer who can push the boundaries of creativity, a creative problem solver with the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for marketing materials, website assets and more.
• Creating designs that are user-friendly, visibly appealing and intuitive.
• Working with other teams to meet company-wide targets.

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience

• Experience with E-commerce websites- Must
• Effective within Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other software
• Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field.
• UI UX Experience - Advantage
• Experience with zeplin or similar designer/developer platforms – Advantage
• HTML / CSS knowledge - Advantage

UI UX Designer

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Advantage

• Up to date with the latest web design and technology trends

Technical Product Manager

ModLi,  a fast-growing, leading, fashion-tech startup is looking for a Technical Product Manager for maternity leave replacement, with the potential to stay on and grow in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product roadmap
• Manage development projects from ideation to execution, including monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
• Analyze data to define project requirements, measure performance, and understand outcomes
• Manage development resources
• Research and connect new softwares to the site
• Investigate and troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
• Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with other teams to understand needs and prioritize tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of product management experience at a tech or or e-commerce company, ideally both
• Strong conceptual understanding of APIs, protocols, and technical aspects of system integrations
• Excellent data analytics skills
• Good understanding of UX and design principles
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Experience managing and leading a team, excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

This is full-time position from our Jerusalem office.
