Content & Social Manager

Calypsa is a fast growing online DTC swimwear brand looking to hire someone to manage our Content & Social Media Manager accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage, and retain them, help convert them into active fans and promoters of our company.

The Role includes:

• Manage all social media content, and review the impact through monthly KPI analysis and reporting
• Drive the development of follower growth and engagement strategies on social channels
• Capitalize on trends for viral marketing while staying true to the brand.

Requirements:

• English Mother Tongue- MUST!!
• Proven experience
• You’re extremely detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, social media and web analytics, and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. No exceptions.
