The waist band size itself was fine

The waist band size itself was fine, but that is not the issue here. You should spend more resources on product testing. Not all of your customers have a flat body. If you are curvy and wear pants that hug your legs, thus pulling downward, you need a stronger elastic on the waist to hold them up. I wore a similar length Capri from a competitor that had a 3 inch band of elastic in the waist and it did the job. Nobody wants to keep having to pull up pants and pull down their top while trying to be active in a pool. I have tried the next size up in these also and had to pull because the waist was too large and the elastic still weak.

Great fit! I'm 5'2" and bought a medium! Perfect length, hit on the top/middle part of my calf, I have short legs. The product is well made, excellent material, and very comfortable! The skorts are a good fit they don't hug on your bottom. I am 5'2" and the 21 inch skirt is a good length, if they had a 19 or 20 inch i would have bought that length. My first order I had to return (no problems there very easy, Responses were very quick) ordered a small top was to tight for my taste and a mediium 15" skort (to short for my comfort) I kept the capris (medium) they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and product

The length is good

The length is good. Happy for the extra coverage. But, there's no swim liner inside like all my other swim shorts. Leaves you feeling a little like things are waving in the breeze. I suppose if you enjoy going commando that won't bother you. (Or if you intend to wear this over a different set of bikini bottoms...but it seems like that would get really bulky.) The crotch is also cut weird. I'm guessing they were trying to give a little extra ease so the capris wouldn't be skin tight, but instead it looks saggy and sloppy. The fit is perfect everywhere else, but it's just too big in that one spot.

I'm so sorry...I am so disappointed. The shorts and leggings..I put them on, they fit everywhere except at the waist, the elastic is so minimal (only about 1 inch at the very top, no more), they slid right down the minute I stood up. I have no idea how, after they're waterlogged, they would stay up. The tops - ok fit on the top, but they are very short waisted, so for those of us who are plus size gals, they come down about mid-abdomen, which is right where we don't want them to hit. I am so disappointed...given the photos on the site, etc. (of plus gals like me) I was very hopeful these pieces would work for me. On the positive side - the tops are well made overall and I wish they would have worked.

I bought these capris because I am super active in the water and not all bathing suits are that comfortable for water sports. We recently purchased a kayak and I wanted something that would be comfortable to wear all day while in the water and also add some sun protection (I am very fair skinned). These are amazing!! They fit true to size and don't ride up or pinch in any strange places. The only con I have is that I didn't feel super comfortable wearing them without a swim bottom on so I just borrowed one from another bathing suit to put under these.

I will certainly wear these but the fit was very weird

I will certainly wear these but the fit was very weird. Fit fine on the thighs but the waist was huge. It kept trying to slide off. I finally got out needle and thread and took in 6 tucks in the waist. But I wore it while swimming yesterday and it still kept trying to slide down around my hips as I swam. Maybe I’ll have to take in a few more tucks to keep it on. Also slightly uncomfortable because it doesn’t come up to my natural waist but slightly below it. But if I were just sitting around and not actually trying to swim it would probably be fine.

Plus size Capris w/ tummy control waistband -. high quality fabric & great designs (blue sailboats & brown flowers) that hide the lumps! Bought my true size & fits perfect thru thighs but there is no compression at waist or abdomen area. I have a big bubble bum & tummy rolls. With no compression & slick fabric, they keep riding down (way down). They need suspenders. Actually i just wear them under my skirted swim suit & it holds them up perfect & looks great. Don’t think a smaller size is the answer.
