Much smaller than expected for plussize

Much smaller than expected for plus-size. I placed my order on 5/26/23, I was later notified 1 item was out-of-stock so I didn't end up getting that item, then I received my other items on 6/13/23. I tried to return the items, but they have a very limited return window - it's only 30 days from the date of purchase, 45 days if you're a higher tier customer. Unfortunately life got really busy for a couple of weeks and I didn't get around to trying the items on until 7/3/23. I should have checked the return policy, but still disheartening to be stuck with items that don't fit. Not a great experience for a first-time customer.

One of the issues was the metal rings to loosen or tighten the straps. They’re too bulky. Also, the top part of the bra itself was like being pulled inside out from the position the straps were pulling. I know that doesn’t make sense. I’m sorry. I was really excited to buy this whole set, but I was definitely disappointed. I feel like y’all can improve this. I would purchase from you again if these things could be fixed. Your products seemed just what I was looking for, in general. And the patterns are cute. Thanks!

This suit is kind of disappointing

This suit is kind of disappointing. The problems I have with it are that the shoulder straps constantly feel like they are going to slide off my shoulder no matter how I adjust them. I wish the strap connection on the back was set in a little further to make them feel more secure. I also prefer removable cups because I don’t like the feeling of bulkiness they create - so I don’t love that these are sewn in.

It does the job

It does the job, and provides some support while I swim, but it's not a perfect fit like you'd have with a normal bra. Having said that, it provides better support than any other bathers I've bought in the last 5 year's. The customer service was also excellent, first when I was getting help with choosing my initial purchase, and then when I had to exchange for a smaller size.

I tried both the racerback style and this one, but my broad shoulders and chest did better in this style, and I love the adjustable straps!

I tried both the racerback style and this one, but my broad shoulders and chest did better in this style, and I love the adjustable straps! So comfy. I wore it under one of their swim tops all summer at the beach and nothing rode up or chafed anywhere- I was thrilled with it. It also stayed put even with lots of swimming and water activities.

Seems like very good quality, and I love that the padding is sewn in instead of the removable cups. However, for a 36 inch band size, it fit very tightly around my ribs, and too loosely around my breasts. May work well for someone with different dimensions, but sadly it did not fit me very well.. But the return process was very easy.

Nice quality! I originally ordered the XS based on the size chart, but it was really tiny! I should have read more of the customer reviews. I reordered in Medium, just to be on the safe side, and it was much better, maybe slightly big for my A-cups, but I think the Small would have still been too tight.

I bought one of these to take on a vacation and found that out was more comfortable than any of the bras I own because it doesn't tightly bind around my mid back like a regular bra

I bought one of these to take on a vacation and found that out was more comfortable than any of the bras I own because it doesn't tightly bind around my mid back like a regular bra. So, I decided this would be my regular bra now and I bought more. It provides enough cup support for me too.
